If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
You may also choose to return the product for a store credit.

To be eligible for a refund, exchange or to receive credit, the following is required:
- All claims of damages or returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
- Product must not have any signs of wear, label change, etc.
- You must provide a proof of purchase (invoice).

Products that do not meet these criteria may not be considered for return.
Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction for a refund.
